Our kitchen is a dedicated wheat and gluten free facility where we make fresh baked goods daily.
We make cookies, muffins and breads daily. Fridays we
make pizza and Saturday is bagel day!

We stock a wide variety of brands and products to meet your health and nutritional needs.
We add products constantly and have a wide variety of
local items as well.
The produce is all organic and supplied by Albert's
Organics. Because we use the items in our Grab and Go we
keep the pricing very competitive.
Vitamins and Supplements
We offer vitamins and supplements from several manufacturers and will be happy to assist you in obtaining any special order items.
Baking Supplies
Our baking supplies will meet the needs of the new
gluten free baker to the experienced "pro" with
everything from Arrowroot to Xanthan Gum. We also can
supply you with items in bulk if that's what you need.
